MDG will help you by alleviating the pressure of recruiting expert staff to complete construction, testing /commissioning plans, operations and maintenance documentation.  Our services include the following areas:

Procedures:

  • Prepare Project EC for markups of all non-design documents such as Operations, Maintenance, and training documents

  • Prepare TPARS for affected Operations, Maintenance, and training documents or new procedures

  • Conduct meetings with OPS, MTCE, and system engineering stakeholders and review changes or new procedures

  • Obtain approvals on the TPARs or new procedures

Workplans:

  • Conduct an initial meeting with applicable stakeholders

  • Prepare installation and commissioning Work Plans in accordance with the Design packages and feedback from stakeholders

  • Organize more meetings if required

  • Submit WPLs to applicable stakeholders for review and comments

  • Incorporate comments and route for signatures

  • Issue WPL in Asset Suite

  • Review design package revisions for impact on WPLs
